交通部中央氣象局附屬氣象測報機構組織通則

This provision says the rules are issued under Article 14 of the Central Weather Bureau Organization Act.

This rule takes effect on the date it is published.

本局附屬氣象測報機構負責辦理列舉的氣象相關事項。

本局附屬氣象測報機構分為一至四等；其設立、等次與名稱由行政院核定，並可加冠所在地地名。

This provision sets staffing positions and grade ranges for certain meteorological reporting institutions and requires needed staff to be appointed from the quota set in the previous paragraph.

二等附屬氣象測報機構 must set specified staff positions and counts, including a chief, technician, engineers, assistants, clerk staff, and a secretary.

三等附屬氣象測報機構的編制包含1名主任、2至4名技士、1至3名技佐。

四等附屬氣象測報機構應配置一名主任，並配置一至二名技士及一至二名技佐。

二等至四等附屬氣象測報機構的人事、會計事項，由本局人事室、會計室統籌辦理。

第四條至第七條所定各職稱人員，應依公務人員任用法第八條，就其職務適用的職系加以選用。
