中華郵政股份有限公司設置條例

交通部依郵政法第3條設立中華郵政股份有限公司；本條例未規定的事項，適用其他法律。

部分公司人員適用公務員服務法；副總經理以下人員則依公司人事規章辦理，原則上不適用公務人員有關法令，但第十一條及第十二條另有規定。

郵政總局改制前的現職人員原則上要轉調本公司；轉調後不得因改制被裁員（自願離職除外），且其年資、薪資與各項福利條件應維持。

本條規定郵政總局及所屬機構轉調本公司人員的適用規則、選擇變更人事規章的期限，以及本公司退休給與費用的提撥義務。

People who leave public-servant-related coverage and switch to labor insurance may receive a compensation payment calculated using the old-age benefit standard from Public Servant Insurance Act Article 14. If they later rejoin public servants insurance and receive an old-age benefit, they must repay that compensation to the company.

公司分派盈餘前，應先提列百分之二十五為法定盈餘公積；也可以另外提列特別盈餘公積。

本公司應依相關規定提撥職工福利金。

本條例的施行日期由行政院以命令決定。

The company’s operating principle is to provide universal, fair, and reasonable postal services for the public benefit.

本公司可經營郵件、儲金、匯兌、簡易人壽保險、集郵及郵政資產等業務；經交通部核定後，也可受委託辦理其他業務或投資、經營相關業務。

The company is located at the central government’s seat and may establish post offices if business needs require it.

本公司應設董事會，董事為十一人至十五人，其中五分之一為專家、五分之一為勞工代表，並置監察人三人至五人。

This provision lists the board’s powers over the company’s organization rules, annual business plans, budgets and final accounts, post office establishment changes, senior management appointments, personnel rules, operating rules, and most mail rates.

監察人須調查公司業務及財務狀況，查核公司帳冊及文件，並辦理其他依法令及公司章程規定的事項。

Certain matters must be submitted to the Ministry of Transportation for approval.

公司必須設置一名總經理，且其人選應具有郵政事業或企業經營的專業背景。
