交通部公路總局各區養護工程處組織通則

This provision states that the rule was issued under Article 6 of the Highway Bureau Organization Act.

各區工程處必須設置政風室，並配置一名主任及其他必要人員。

各區工程處人員的任用適用交通事業人員任用條例；人事、會計、政風人員的任用另外還要適用相關任用規定。

This provision sets how job grades are handled for the listed positions, generally by reference to the relevant pay/grade tables, with a special exception for certain personnel, accounting, and ethics posts.

各區工程處、各工務段可以依需要設置工務段、監工站與若干養路道班，並配置指定職務人員兼任。

各區工程處為保養車輛機具，可以設保養場；設場時要置場長一人，並由幫工程司以上人員兼任，其他所需人員則由各該區工程處在既定員額內調派。

各區工程處得為特定工程設置工務所、機械施工隊，以及踏勘隊和測量隊。

區工程處為辦理公路及橋樑收費業務，可以設置收費管理站。

各區工程處要擬訂辦事細則，並層請交通部核定。

本通則的施行日期由行政院以命令 तय定。

各區養護工程處負責辦理公路養護工程及相關管理事項。

各區工程處應設五課，並由這些單位分別辦理前條所列事項。

各區工程處應設秘書室，並由秘書室辦理文書、印信、檔案管理、出納、庶務、研考及其他未歸屬於各課、室的事項。

各區工程處的等別與員額依第七條規定；其設立、適用等別及變更，須由交通部報請行政院核定。

各區工程處設處長1人，負責綜理處務並指揮監督所屬員工；另設副處長2人，由副工程司以上人員兼任，協助處務。

This provision sets staffing levels and qualification/acting arrangements for several engineering offices, and lets certain incumbent clerk employees keep working in clerk vacancies until they leave.
