Personnel appointments follow the rules for transportation enterprise personnel, and personnel and accounting appointments also follow the relevant rules for those positions.

本條把職稱的資位，連同人事及會計人員的官等職等，分別交由相關薪給表與公務人員任用法規定，但本條例另有規定者除外。
