交通部基隆港務局港埠工程處組織條例

This provision states that the regulation is made under Article 15 of the Keelung Port Bureau Organization Act issued by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.

本處得因施工、水電工程或全港測量需要，設置工務所、水電所或測量隊；所需人員並應在本條例所定員額內派充。

本條所列職稱的資位，依交通事業人員資位職務薪給表規定；原適用公務人員任用法的人事、會計、政風人員官等職等，除本條例另有規定外，得依公務人員任用法的職務列等表規定。

本處人員任用原則上適用交通事業人員任用條例；人事、會計、政風人員另依相關任用規定；原依公務人員任用法任用的現職人員可繼續沿用原相關規定到離職為止。

本處要擬訂辦事細則，並層請交通部核定。

本條例的施行日期由行政院以命令 तय定。

交通部基隆港務局港埠工程處負責港灣疏浚工程、工程設計、發包、考核及其他相關港埠工程事項。

本處設二課，並由兩課分別掌理前條所列事項。

本條規定本處設置一名處長負責綜理處務並監督所屬員工，另設三名副處長協助處務，由本局或附屬機構正工程司兼任。

本處應設人事室，並配置主任一人；其他所需人員，應在本條例規定員額內派充。
