交通部基隆港務局船舶機械修造工廠組織條例

交通部基隆港務局船舶機械修造工廠負責管理設計、研究、工程管制考核，以及工程施工、採購、驗收和其他船舶機械修造相關事項。

本廠應設置二課，分別負責前條列出的事項。

本廠設秘書室，負責研考、議事、公共關係、檔案、印信、出納、事務管理、財產管理及其他不屬於各課、室的事項。

本廠應設廠長一人負責綜理廠務並指揮監督所屬員工，另設副廠長一人協理廠務。
