交通部基隆港務局臺北港分局組織條例

本條文規定，條例列出的各職稱資位，依交通事業人員資位職務薪給表辦理；原本適用公務人員任用法的人事、會計、政風人員官等職等，原則上可依公務人員任用法的職務列等表辦理，但本條例另有規定者除外。
