交通部臺中港務局棧埠管理處組織條例

本條規定人事、會計相關職稱的官等、職等，原則上依公務人員任用法的職務列等表辦理；人事、主計機構對於列委任第四職等至第五職等的職稱，得在個別職稱員額二分之一以內列為薦任第六職等。

本處人員任用原則上適用交通事業人員任用條例；人事、會計人員另適用其任用相關規定。

本處應擬訂本處辦事細則，並層報交通部核定。

本條例的施行日期由行政院以命令決定。

本處負責港埠管理相關事項，包括裝卸、倉位分配、機具管理、工人管理、旅客服務及勞工安全衛生等。

本處設四課，分別負責前條所列事項。
