交通部花蓮港務局港埠工程處組織條例

本條是依交通部花蓮港務局組織條例第十四條制定的。

本條例的施行日期由行政院以命令決定。

本處負責港灣疏浚、土木工程、船舶機具修護、勞工安全衛生管理及其他港埠工程事項。

本處設二課及船舶機械修理廠，並由其分別掌理前條所列事項。

本條規定設置一名處長及一名副處長。處長負責綜理處務並指揮監督所屬員工；副處長由正工程司兼任，協助辦理處務。

This provision lists staffing numbers for various posts and allows certain pre-existing seamen without the required qualification to keep using the former rules and remain in their original post until they leave.

花蓮港務局人事室、會計室、政風室負責兼辦本處的人事、主計、政風事項。

This provision says the grade/rank for each job title listed in the regulation must follow the transport personnel grade-and-position pay table.

本處人員的任用，適用交通事業人員任用條例。

本處辦事細則由本處擬訂，並層報交通部核定。
