交通部民用航空局所屬航空站組織通則

本通則是依交通部民用航空局組織條例第十條制定。

The station director for an international route airport must coordinate and supervise other staff stationed at that airport.

符合條件的現職雇員可以占用各航空站的書記職缺，並可繼續僱用到離職為止。

特等、甲等、乙等航空站要設人事室並置主任；丙等航空站要置人事管理員，由本局指派人員兼任。

特等、甲等、乙等航空站必須設會計室並置一名會計主任；丙等航空站置會計員，由本局指派人員兼任。

特等、甲等、乙等航空站要設政風室，並配置主任一人及其他所需人員。

丁等航空站業務可由本局指定的航空站督導。

丙等以上航空站因業務需要，可以設置各種委員會，並聘請相關機關代表及學者專家擔任委員；委員為無給職，所需工作人員則應在本通則員額內派兼。

第5至9條及第12至14條所列具官等、職等的人員，其職務適用的職系，依公務人員任用法第8條辦理；醫事人員則依醫事人員人事條例進用。

本通則自公布日開始施行。

本條列出本局所屬航空站負責辦理的事項，包括營運管理、土地與設施維護、人員與航空器進出查驗、安全與救護、動態監控、異常事件處理，以及噪音監測與防制。

本局所屬航空站依航線、起降架次與客貨運量分級；其設立與等級須報請交通部轉行政院核定。

本條規定不同等級航空站配置的組數；丁等航空站不分組，並分別掌理第二條所列事項。
