國家風景區管理處組織通則

國家風景區管理處應依各國家級風景區的劃定，按照本通則分別設置；並隸屬交通部觀光局。

本通則自公布日起施行。

管理處負責掌理國家級風景區的各項經營管理事項。

管理處可依國家級風景區的面積、特性與業務需要，分設二至四課，並負責辦理前條所列事項。

管理處設秘書室，並負責文書、研考、印信、出納、庶務及其他不屬各課、室事項。

管理處應設人事室，並配置主任或人事管理員辦理人事管理事項。

管理處得視需要分設管理站；管理站要配置一名主任，並按編制派用工作人員。
