交通部臺灣鐵路管理局所屬分支機構組織通則

This provision states that the general rules are enacted under Article 15 of the Taiwan Railways Administration Organization Act.

各供應廠須配置指定職位與人數，包括廠長、特定區域副廠長及多種其他人員。

The information center staffing consists of one director, two deputy directors, three section chiefs, one application systems analyst, one associate engineer, one assistant engineer, four senior designers, three programmers, five senior operators, five computer operators, five computer operation staff, one specialist, one inspector, two clerks, and four business assistants.

Certain railway-related departments must set up personnel offices or designate personnel managers, and handle personnel matters according to law.

各運務段應設政風室，並各配置主任一人；主任依法辦理政風事項，其他所需人員應在本通則規定員額內派充。

分支機構人員的任用，適用交通事業人員任用條例；本通則所列各職稱的資位，依交通事業人員資位職務薪給表規定。

部分人員可以繼續適用公務人員任用法相關規定，直到離職為止。

各分支機構要擬訂辦事細則，並報請交通部臺灣鐵路管理局核定後發布。

本通則的施行日期由行政院以命令 तय定。

本局得為辦理行車、客貨車調度、客貨運輸、列車編組及票務印製等事項，設置相關所、段與中心。

本局可以設置下列各段、中心。

本局得為鐵路工程、養護、研發與維修等業務，設置各工務段、工務養護總隊及相關辦公單位；各段隊也得設勞工安全衛生室，並可因業務需要在轄區重要地點設分駐所與各道班。

本局可以為辦理相關業務，設置列出的機務段與檢車段；機務段和檢車段也可以在轄區重要地點視需要設分駐所及勞工安全衛生室。

本局為辦理相關採購與儲運事務，可以設置北區、中區、南區供應廠，並可視業務需要在沿線重要地點設置材料庫。

本局得設資訊中心。
