交通部高速公路局組織法

交通部為辦理國道養護、新建、拓建與管理業務，設置高速公路局。

本局負責國道規劃、工程、用地取得、交通管理、通行費徵收、路邊設施管理、環境維護及相關工程事項。

本局設主任秘書，該職務列簡任第十一職等。
