交通部中央氣象署組織法

The Ministry of Transportation is authorized to establish the Central Weather Administration to handle national meteorological affairs.

本署負責氣象相關業務的規劃、執行、監測、預報、資訊處理、技術規範、機構督導、服務宣導與國際資料交換等事項。

The agency has one director at the senior civil service grade 13 level and two deputy directors at the senior civil service grade 12 level.

本署設主任秘書，職務列為簡任第十一職等。

The staffing grades, rank levels, and personnel numbers for this agency’s positions are to be set separately by an establishment table.

本法的施行日期由行政院以命令 तय定。
