交通事業人員考成條例

交通事業人員的考成，依本條例辦理；本條例未規定的事項，適用其他有關法律。

專案考成在有重大功過時辦理；一次記二大功可晉薪級並發獎金，二大過則免職，且不得與平時考核功過相抵。

Year-end performance assessment results take effect from January of the next year; special assessment cases take effect from the date the competent authority approves them; and persons assessed for dismissal are suspended before the decision becomes final.

考成委員會開會需有全體委員三分之二以上出席；一般決議需出席委員過半數同意，但特定考成案件需出席委員四分之三同意。

辦理考成人員應對考成過程保密，並不得有遺漏或錯誤；違反者會依情節輕重受懲處。

交通部所屬郵政總局和中華電信的人員，年終考成與另予考成依分數辦理，分數越高可升薪或領獎金，低於60分會免職。

交通事業人員在考成年度內如果已升資或晉級，年終考成時不再再晉級；若符合特定升任與敘薪條件，年終考成達乙等或70分以上，也不再晉敘。專案考成不受這些限制。

交通事業人員在有可嘉獎或應警惕的事蹟時，應隨時予以獎懲；平時獎懲可互相抵銷，累積達二大過且沒有抵銷者，年終考成應列丁等或不滿六十分。

交通事業人員若年度內記一大功以上，年終考成不得列丙等或 69 分以下；若記一大過，年終考成不得列乙等或 70 分以上。
