航路標識條例

This provision states that the regulation is made to improve ship navigation safety by setting up, supervising, and managing various route markers.

違反公告航道或第九條相關規定的船舶，會被航政機關罰鍰；部分情形還可被要求限期改善或復原，逾期未完成可按次處罰。

航路標識設置或維護管理機關（構）及海洋設施設置者，若有違反本條所列規定的情形，航政機關可處新臺幣二萬元以上十萬元以下罰鍰，並可命其限期改善；逾期未改善者，還可按次處罰。

船舶進出特定港口、專用港或碼頭設施時，船舶所有人、經理人或代理人應向航政機關繳納航路標識服務費。

這條規定列出多類船舶可免收航路標識服務費。

航政機關為航行安全需要時，可以會商相關機關劃設航道，並報請主管機關核定公告及刊登政府公報。

航行船舶不得繫泊於航路標識，也不得不依公告航道規定航行；任何人不得破壞、移轉、攀登、遮蔽或以其他方式影響航路標識功能。
