行政院衛生署預防醫學研究所組織條例

本所因業務需要可以設置生物製劑製造工廠，並應配置廠長、工作人員與專業技術人員；必要時可報請行政院核准。

本所因業務需要，可以設立流行病學專業人員訓練班；所需工作人員須在本條例規定的員額內派充。

本所的辦事細則由本所擬訂，並報請行政院衛生署核定。

本條例自公布日起施行。

本所負責多項預防醫學相關研究、檢驗、監測、培訓與防治工作。

本所設有九組，分別負責前條列出的事項。

秘書室負責掌理文書、印信、出納、事務，以及其他不屬於各組、室的事項。

本條規定本所設所長與副所長各一人，並分別負責綜理所務、指揮監督所屬人員，以及協助處理所務。

This provision sets the staffing structure and headcount ranges for the office’s positions.

This provision requires the office to establish a personnel office, appoint one director and one deputy director, and assign needed staff only within the staffing quota set by the statute.

本所應設會計室，置會計主任一人；會計主任依法辦理歲計、會計事項，並兼辦統計事項。

Certain personnel listed in Articles 5 to 8 must be appointed under the Civil Service Appointment Act, and their job series must be selected under Article 8 of that Act.
