中醫藥發展法

This law is enacted to promote the sustainable development of Chinese medicine and protect public health and welfare.

政府應促進中醫醫療資源均衡發展，並提升偏鄉醫療照護與中醫服務可近性。

政府應鼓勵發展具中醫特色的預防醫學、居家醫療、中西醫合作及中醫多元醫療服務，並促進中醫醫療利用及發展。

中央主管機關 must 強化中藥材來源管理，並積極推動與輔導國內中藥藥用植物種植；必要時可會同中央目的事業主管機關辦理。

The central competent authority must improve management rules for Chinese medicine quality.

主管機關應加強中藥上市後監測，並公布執行結果；中央主管機關並可訂定相關辦法。

政府應輔導中藥產業開拓國際市場，並促進其發展。

政府應推廣並輔導保存具中醫藥特色的知識和傳統技藝，並鼓勵保有、使用或管理者提供相關資訊。

中央主管機關應建立國家中醫藥知識庫，並就中醫藥研究資料進行蒐集與分析。

政府應整合研究與臨床試驗資源，提升中醫藥實證基礎，並促進產學合作、創新與研究發展。

衛生福利部國家中醫藥研究所得為執行中醫藥發展計畫設置中醫藥研究基金。

This article defines the competent authority for this Act at different government levels.

政府及中醫藥學術研究機構應就中醫藥研究及管理成果進行國際交流。

中央主管機關及中央目的事業主管機關應完善中醫醫事人力規劃，整合教學資源，並培育中醫藥人才。

政府應加強培育中醫藥科技研究人才，並促進中醫藥發展。

政府應推廣中醫藥與相關保健知識的教育和學習，以提升國民的中醫藥知識。

本法自公布日起施行。

This provision defines three terms: Chinese medicine, Chinese herbal medicine, and Chinese medicine/pharmacy.

中央主管機關每五年要訂定中醫藥發展計畫，並與相關機關會商；地方主管機關可以依該計畫訂定並實施地方方案，主管機關也可以要求相關機關、學校、法人或團體協助推動。

中央主管機關應遴聘中醫藥學者、專家及產業界代表，並定期召開諮詢會議，辦理中醫藥發展政策諮詢事項。

中央主管機關應就中醫藥研究發展、中藥製劑創新開發及中藥藥用植物種植，給予適當獎勵或補助。

政府應強化中醫藥在全民健康保險與醫療照護體系中的功能與角色。

中央主管機關應建立中醫醫療品質管理制度，並鼓勵中醫現代化發展。
