各級各類學校應加強口腔健康與危害因子防制教育，並定期實施口腔檢查。

主管機關應向口腔癌高危險群提供具成本效益的口腔癌篩檢服務；勞工主管機關在辦理勞工健康檢查時，應協助推行這項篩檢服務。

主管機關與教育主管機關辦理口腔健康教育推展與宣導時，相關機關、學校、團體及大眾傳播媒體應配合推行。

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應加強推展特定對象的口腔保健措施與口腔危害因子防制。

主管機關要編列預算，辦理口腔健康及危害因子的調查與研究；中央主管機關每六年要提出相關報告並公開。
