油症患者健康照護服務條例

This provision says the statute is enacted to ensure proper medical care for oil disease patients and protect their health rights.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應定期訪視油症患者，提供保健資訊、醫療轉介、諮商與追蹤服務，並作成紀錄送中央主管機關備查。

油症患者因本條例下的合法權益受侵害而提起訴訟時，主管機關應提供必要的法律扶助；在該訴訟中聲請保全處分時，法院可減少或免除擔保金。

符合條件的遺屬可以申請新臺幣二十萬元的一次撫慰金；多人時須共同委託一人申請，且要在 109 年 8 月 9 日前提出。

違反第六條規定者，會被處新臺幣二萬元以上十萬元以下罰鍰。
