行政院農業委員會動植物防疫檢疫局所屬各分局組織通則

本通則是依組織條例第十條的規定制定。

各分局在需要防疫檢疫時，可以在特定地區設置檢疫站，並配置主任與工作人員。

第5至第9條所定的列有官等、職等人員，其職務適用的職系，應依公務人員任用法第8條，從相關職系中選用。

各分局要擬訂各自的辦事細則，並報請行政院農業委員會動植物防疫檢疫局核定。

行政院決定本通則的施行日期；修正條文自公布日施行。

This provision assigns the local branch offices of the plant and animal disease/quarantine agency a list of quarantine, inspection, certification, reporting, and supervision duties.

Each branch office sets up four sections, and those sections handle the matters listed in the previous article.

各分局必須標明各自所在地的名稱。

Each branch office has one branch director and one deputy branch director, with their ranks and functions stated.

各分局的人員編制與職等配置分別列明，包括秘書、課長、技正、專員、技士、課員、技佐、辦事員與書記的人數範圍。

Each branch office must set up a personnel office, appoint one director at the specified grade, and staff any additional needed personnel within the quota set by the general rules.

Each branch must set up an accounting office, and the accounting chief must handle budgeting, accounting, and statistics matters according to law.

各分局應設政風室，並配置一名主任；主任依法辦理政風事項，其餘工作人員在通則所定員額內派充。
