行政院農業委員會農糧署各分署組織通則

This rule is made under Article 12 of the Agriculture and Food Agency organization statute.

各分署因業務需要，可以在農產品產銷地區設辦事處，並配置主任及其他工作人員。

第5至9條所定具官等、職等人員，其職務適用的職系，應依公務人員任用法第8條選用。

各分署要擬訂辦事細則，並報請行政院農業委員會農糧署核定。

本通則的施行日期由行政院以命令決定。

各分署負責辦理農糧相關業務，包括產銷穩定、資訊蒐集分析、天然災害救助、市場改善、檢查、糧食收購與調節等。

各分署應設五課，分別辦理前條所列事項。

Each branch office must set up a secretariat office.

Each branch has one branch chief and one deputy branch chief, with their rank levels and general responsibilities stated.

各分署須配置指定編制人員與職等，並維持原移撥員額總數381人；缺額不補。
