農業部組織法

行政院為辦理全國農業、林業、漁業及畜牧業行政業務，設農業部，並可稱為「本部」。

本部負責農業相關政策、法規的規劃、研擬、管理與監督，並督導所屬機關與機構辦理相關業務。
