農業部漁業署組織法

農業部為辦理漁業業務，設立漁業署（本署）。

本署負責漁業相關事項的規劃、推動、協調、監督與管理。

本署設主任秘書，職務列為簡任第十一職等。

本署在因應業務需要時，可以設置分署。

本署因業務需要，可以報請行政院核准後，派員到境外辦事，並依駐外機構組織通則辦理。

本法的施行日期由行政院以命令決定。
