農業部林業及自然保育署組織法

農業部為辦理林業及自然保育業務，設立林業及自然保育署。

本署負責掌理所列林業與自然保育事項，包含政策、法規、國際事務、科技發展等的擬訂、執行及督導。

This provision states that the agency has one Director and two Deputy Directors, with positions graded at levels 13 and 12 respectively.

This provision establishes a chief secretary position in the agency and classifies the post at senior civil service grade 11.

This provision assigns duties to regional branches and remote-sensing branches, and requires indigenous-area branches to keep at least one-sixth of budgeted positions filled by people with indigenous status, subject to a vacancy-based exception.

本署各職稱的官等、職等與員額，另由編制表規定。

本法的施行日期由行政院以命令 तय定。
