農業部畜產試驗所組織法

農業部為辦理畜產試驗研究業務，設立畜產試驗所。

本所負責掌理並推動多項畜產試驗研究、技術推廣、機構督導及相關事項。

The office has one director, ranked at senior civil service levels 12 to 13, and one deputy director who serves concurrently.

This office must have a chief secretary, serving concurrently.

本所可在必要時依教育人員任用條例聘任研究員、副研究員及助理研究員；其退休與撫卹按教師相關規定辦理，並報農業部核定。

本所各職稱的官等、職等與員額，要另外依編制表 تعیین。

This law’s start date is to be set by the Executive Yuan by order.
