農倉業法施行條例

This provision defines the competent authority for the act and related regulation as the Agriculture Council at the central level, the municipal government in a special municipality, and the county/city government in a county or city.

農倉必須將依規定保管的積穀，與依同條第一項保管的物品分開存放。

If stored goods spoil or deteriorate enough to harm other stored goods, the warehouse may ask the depositor to take them back early and must refund the unused storage fee.

農倉建築及設備的標準，由行政院農業委員會會同內政部訂定。

農倉倉單必須記載列明事項，且由農倉負責人簽名蓋章。

農倉因不得已事故停業時，應說明停業原因並向主管機關備案；復業時也同樣辦理。

農倉解散時，應說明解散事由，並向主管機關申請備案。

所在地主管機關應將核准停業及解散的農倉報備給行政院農業委員會及內政部。

Joint farm warehouses must file the required application documents when applying for registration, and those set up by five or more warehouses must also submit additional governing and ownership documents.

If five or more farm warehouses form a joint farm warehouse, the initiating warehouse must call the founding meeting, the meeting must adopt bylaws, and the bylaws must specify certain matters. Any bylaw amendment must be decided by the representative assembly and filed with the competent authority with the resolution record.

聯合農倉業務規則須載明指定事項。

施行前設立的農倉，須在農倉業法施行日起三個月內向主管機關依法申請登記。

This provision takes effect on the day the 農倉業法 takes effect.

申請農倉登記時，除業務規則外，申請人應附上載明指定事項的聲請書及相關文件。

主管機關在收到前條的申請後，應在一個月內作出准否批示。

When specified registration items change, the matter must be filed with the competent authority for recordation.

農倉業務規則應載明列舉的事項。

When the agricultural warehouse business rules change, the matter must be filed with the competent authority.

符合資格的經營農倉業者，應由發起人召集創立會、通過章程並選舉職員；章程內容也必須載明法定事項。

If an agricultural warehouse operator has the qualifications in Article 4(1) or (5) of the Agricultural Warehouse Business Act, it is limited to unlimited-liability or guarantee-liability status.
