農產品市場交易法

This provision says the law is made to organize agricultural product distribution, balance supply and demand, and promote fair trade.

中央主管機關要辦理國際農業產銷狀況和農產品行情報導；直轄市、縣（市）主管機關要辦理國內相關報導。

任何人不得故意散播會影響農產品交易價格或市場交易秩序的謠言或不實訊息。

農民團體可以辦理農產品共同運銷；在農民團體未辦理共同運銷的農產品或地區，農民或農業產銷班也可以自行辦理，政府應積極輔導。

農民團體辦理共同運銷與調配時，主管機關應輔導；農產品批發市場應優先處理這類農產品；符合條件時也可用契約生產或契約供應方式辦理。

農民團體可向貨主收取代辦費，但收費標準要報請地方主管機關核定；另可訂辦法，經核定後從貨款中提存互助金。
