行政院勞工委員會職業訓練局職業訓練中心組織通則

本條說明本通則是依組織條例第十一條制定。

職業訓練中心應配置若干職業訓練師，並由中心主任依職業訓練法第24條規定聘任。

二等職業訓練中心須設人事室並配置主任、副主任；三等職業訓練中心須配置人事管理員，並依法律規定辦理人事管理及查核。

二等職業訓練中心要設會計室並配置會計主任；三等職業訓練中心要配置會計員。

This provision requires certain officials listed in earlier articles to obtain appointment qualifications under the Civil Service Appointment Act.

考試院應在期限內辦理考試，決定特定職業訓練中心現職、但不具法定任用資格人員的資格；考試辦法也由考試院訂定。未通過考試者可繼續做原職直到離職。

職業訓練中心要擬訂辦事細則，並報請行政院勞工委員會職業訓練局核定。

本通則自公布日起施行。

The labor training bureau may establish vocational training centers when needed, after approval through the labor committee and the Executive Yuan.

職業訓練中心應依設立目的辦理職業訓練相關事項。

職業訓練中心可以設二課至四課，並可以分股辦事。

職業訓練中心依訓練人數、業務繁簡與任務性質分為一、二、三等，並由勞工主管機關依程序報請核定。

職業訓練中心應置主任一人；一等職業訓練中心得再置副主任一人。

一等職業訓練中心 must set up specified staffing positions and grade levels.

二等職業訓練中心 must have specified staff positions and numbers, with some posts allowed to be concurrently held or assigned higher grades.

This provision sets the staffing complement and grade ranges for a third-level vocational training center.
