勞動部組織法

行政院為辦理全國勞動業務，設置勞動部（本部）。

本部負責處理與勞動有關的一系列事項。

本條規定本部設主任秘書，且其職務列為簡任第十二職等。

本部因業務需要，可以報請行政院核准，派員到境外辦事，並應依駐外機構組織通則辦理。

The titles, grade levels, and staffing numbers of this department’s positions are to be set separately by a staffing table. The 39 people transferred from the former Labor Insurance Supervisory Committee are not counted within the staffing quota range.

本條規定原勞保監理會相關現職人員改任、續任、僱用與待遇差額補足方式，並限制部分人員在支領差額期間請領生活津貼。

本法的施行日期由行政院以命令決定。
