About this statute
辦理考試時，相關機關要依規定請監察院或其機構派員監試；特定由典試委員會辦理的考試，應請監察院派監察委員監試。 典試委員長必須編造典試委員會人員名冊，並送交監試人員。 The listed examination-related tasks must be carried out under the supervision of invigilating staff. If cheating or related misconduct is found during invigilation, invigilation staff must report it to the Control Yuan for legal handling. 考試結束後，監試人員應將監試經過情形報告監察機關。
