銓敘部組織法

考試院為辦理公務人員相關業務，設立銓敘部。

本部負責掌理人事、銓敘、退休撫卹、保險與數位治理等事項。

本部應置主任秘書，且該職務列為簡任第十二職等。

本條設置公務人員退休撫卹基金管理局，負責公務人員退休撫卹基金的收支、管理與運用，並辦理依法令受委任或委託的其他事項。

行政院人事行政總處在處理特定人事主管人員的派免或遷調前，應先與本部會商。

本法的施行日期由考試院决定。
