交通事業人員任用條例

交通事業人員的任用，依本條例辦理。

This provision says that matters not covered by this regulation are governed by the Civil Service Appointment Act.

交通事業人員的資位職務薪給表，由考試院會同行政院訂定。

初任交通事業人員的起敘薪級，依其考試及格種類與時間前後，按本文列出的級別與薪點辦理；各薪級薪點的薪額由行政院定之。

公營交通事業人員的任用，準用本條例；其任用程序由主管機關擬定，並報由銓敘部、交通部會同核定。

This provision says the ordinance takes effect on the date it is promulgated.

This provision defines “交通事業人員” as personnel employed by an enterprise organization affiliated with the Ministry of Transportation.

交通事業人員適用資位職務分立制，且其資位受保障。

This provision divides transportation-industry personnel ranks into two classes: business and technical.

交通事業人員取得各資位，原則上要符合考試或甄審與訓練等條件。

交通事業人員取得各級資位後，應依規定分別實習或試用；相關辦法由交通部訂定。

This provision sets who appoints transport-industry personnel at different ranks and when appointments must be sent for approval or record filing.

交通事業人員可轉任交通行政機關相當職務；符合本條例各級資位的交通行政人員，也可轉任交通事業機構相當職務。

在本條例施行前，交通事業現職人員的資位由考試院以檢覈考試銓定；已先前敘定資位者，改依本條例所定資位換敘。
