聘用人員聘用條例

This provision states that the regulation is made under Article 21 of the Civil Servant Appointment Act.

This provision says the regulation takes effect on the date it is promulgated.

各機關因業務需要，應定期聘用人員，並依本條例辦理；本條例未規定的，適用其他法律。

各機關定期契約聘用的專業或技術人員，相關職稱、員額、期限及報酬要列入預算，並造冊送銓敘部登記備查；解聘時也一樣。

聘用契約必須記載約聘期間、報酬、業務內容與預定完成期限，以及受聘人違背義務時應負的責任。

If the conditions listed are met, a hired person’s contract may be renewed.

聘用人員不適用俸給法、退休法及撫卹法；若其在約聘期間病故或因公死亡，得酌給撫慰金。

聘用人員不得兼任有職等的職務。

If agency-hired personnel do not comply with this rule, the audit authority must not verify the related expenditure.

考試院有權訂定本條例的施行細則。
