派用人員派用條例

This provision states that the regulation is enacted pursuant to Article 21 of the Civil Service Appointment Act.

Temporary agencies may set up assigned personnel only within the stated limits, and must specify the nature, term, title, and number in the statutory organization; fixed-term temporary full-time positions must be included in the budget.

派用人員分為簡派、薦派、委派三等；其職務等級表準用公務人員任用法第二條。

簡派人員必須具備列舉的任一資格。

薦派人員必須符合列出的五種資格之一。

委派人員必須符合列出的三種資格之一。

派用人員除具備特定任用資格外，不得兼任簡任、薦任或委任職務。

本條規定，施行前的派用人員如不符合設置標準，原有職等要改列為簡任、薦任或委任，並予轉任；未具法定資格者，由考試院以考試方式限期銓定任用資格，考試辦法也由考試院訂定。

在本條例施行前，已在各機關任職的派用人員，如經認定符合第二條但不具第四、五、六條所定派用資格，得繼續任職到期限屆滿。
