軍法人員轉任司法官條例

軍法人員轉任司法官，依本條例的規定辦理。

This provision defines “military law personnel” as military judges at all levels and other personnel who handle military law adjudication.

Military legal personnel may qualify to transfer to judge if they meet the education, service, registration, and review conditions.

Military legal personnel who meet the study, service, registration, and review conditions are qualified to transfer to a local court judge or prosecutor position.

Certain military legal officers may qualify to transfer into specified judicial or prosecutorial posts if they meet the stated service, registration, and review requirements.

軍法人員在符合任職年資、登記與審查成績合格等條件後，可以取得轉任簡任推事、檢察官或簡任檢察官的資格。

行政院會同司法院訂定軍法人員轉任司法官的審查成績規則。

This provision states that the regulation takes effect on the date it is promulgated.
