技術人員任用條例

This provision states that the regulation is made under Article 33 of the Civil Service Employment Act.

Technicians appointed under the former technical personnel appointment rules before this provision took effect may be reassigned based on their original qualifications, transfer within the same grade, and take the promotion exam for the next higher grade.

The Examination Yuan is empowered to determine the enforcement rules for this statute.

本條例自公布日開始施行。

Technical personnel appointments are governed by this Act; where this Act does not provide a rule, the Civil Service Appointment Act and other relevant laws apply.

Technical personnel are appointed according to official rank and grade.

This provision sets qualification rules for technical personnel and a special appointment path for certain medical personnel.

初任技術人員必須通過考試；高科技或稀少性工作類科的技術人員考試可採筆試以外的兩種以上方式，筆試內容限技術科目，且筆試成績不得超過30%。

考試及格的技術人員，依考試類別取得相應的技術人員任用資格；部分高低等考試及格者在成績中等、或無相當職缺時，還有低一職等先行任用的規則。

技術人員晉升官等及職等，應依公務人員任用法及考績法的相關規定辦理。

技術人員在符合條件的公營或規模民營機構任職年資，可以計入應考資格年資，並且可按年提敘俸級，但以所敘定職等的本俸最高級為限。
