公務人員俸給法

Civil servants’ pay is governed by this Act.

經銓敘合格的各機關現職人員，應在其職務列等表所列職等範圍內換敘相當等級；換敘辦法由考試院定之。

This provision sets how salary grades are determined when qualified personnel are transferred or appointed to positions of the same, higher, or lower rank, including special rules for acting personnel and for later transfer back to a former higher-rank post.

規定特定人員轉任時，俸級或服務年資的採計方式，原則上依其既有資格、曾經審定的職等或相關規定辦理。

A person without appointment-qualification limits who is transferred or reassigned to the same grade of a post with qualification limits must start at the lowest grade for the qualifications held; prior service at higher or equivalent grades may be counted toward grade increments.

離職後再任的經銓敘合格人員，其俸級核敘依本法施行前後分別比照第十條或第十一條辦理。

This article sets how salary or pay points are to be stepped when public servants are promoted, reappointed, or newly appointed to certain posts.

公務人員的本俸和年功俸晉敘，依公務人員考績法辦理。

公務人員符合條件時，可以把特定年資按年折算加級，最高到本俸或年功俸的上限；相關認定辦法由考試院訂定。

考試院會同行政院訂定加給給與辦法；行政院會商考試院決定本俸、年功俸的俸點折算俸額。

各機關不得自行設定並發放俸給項目及數額；違規支給的，審計機關應不准核銷並予追繳。

This article defines five pay-related terms: basic pay, seniority pay, pay grade, pay point, and allowance.

降級人員要按降級後的俸級辦理；沒有可再降的級別時，改按俸差減俸。

停職、公務人員失蹤、復職與先予復職時的本俸（年功俸）發給與補發規則。

公務人員曠職或請事假超過規定日數時，會依第三條第二項的計算方式扣除相應俸給。

A grade determined by the Ministry of Civil Service review may not be downgraded unless allowed by this Act, the Civil Servants Disciplinary Act, or other laws.

現職人員取得較高考試及格資格後，申請改敘俸級應在三個月內辦理；公務人員對經銓敘部審定的俸級不服時，得提起救濟，符合行政程序再開事由時也可依相關規定辦理。

Deployed personnel’s salary/pay is governed by the provisions of this Act.

This provision divides civil servant pay grades into several job levels and states that the grade and points for base pay and seniority pay follow the attached pay table.

This provision lists three kinds of allowances: duty allowance, technical or professional allowance, and regional allowance.

This provision sets the starting salary grade for people entering various civil service grades, based on which exam they passed and, for some cases, which grade they are first appointed to.

升官等考試及格人員初任相應職務時，按類別從指定俸級起敘；舊法考試及格者，則從各該職等最低俸級起敘。

試用人員的俸級起敘，依前二條規定辦理；改為實授時，仍按原俸級敘定。

受限制調任的人員，在符合特定任用資格任用或改任時，應重新銓敘審定俸級。
