獎章條例

符合特定功績或表現的公教人員、非公教人員或外國人，依本條例可或應頒給獎章。

獲頒獎章的公教人員，可以在參加國家重要慶典或集會時佩帶獎章；佩帶時要穿著整齊，且有勳章時獎章要佩帶在勳章之後。

因犯罪被褫奪公權的人，應繳還獎章及證書；但服務獎章及其證書不必繳還。

本條例的施行細則由行政院和考試院會同訂定。

This provision says the Act takes effect on the date it is published, and amended provisions take effect on the date the amendment is published.

This provision lists four kinds of medals: merit, model, service, and professional medals.

If one of the listed achievements or incidents occurs, a merit medal is awarded.

有下列情形之一者，得頒給楷模獎章。

服務成績優良的公教人員，在退休（職）、資遣、辭職或死亡時，依任職年資頒給不同等級的服務獎章。

本條規定功績獎章、楷模獎章與服務獎章的等級、佩帶方式，以及功績獎章和楷模獎章的初頒與晉等規則。

When medals are awarded, a certificate must be attached; the certificate’s format is set by the Executive Yuan together with the Examination Yuan.

主管機關、主管院和院長分別負責核定、頒給與登記這些獎章；服務獎章還可以授權由主管機關核頒。

專業獎章的頒給辦法，由主管院或主管機關依業務需要訂定；主管機關訂定的，還要報主管院核定。
