About this statute
Defines "Minister" as the Minister responsible for finance. Payments the Government must make to the bank under the Treaty of 1980 are to be charged on and paid out of the Consolidated Fund; the Minister may arrange or raise loans (by issuing securities) for those payments. Provisions of the charter annexed to the Treaty of 1980 and set out in this Act's Schedule have the force of law in Uganda.
