The President may, by statutory order, transfer any power or duty conferred by an Act to any Minister or public officer.

About this statute
The President may, by statutory order, transfer any power or duty conferred by an Act to any Minister or public officer. If a statutory order is made under section 1, the Act affected must thereafter be read and construed as if amended to conform with that order; appointments or statutory instruments made by the President under such Acts remain in force until revoked or replaced by any appointment or statutory instrument made by the Minister or public officer named in the order.
