About this statute
Defines "association" as the Uganda Boy Scouts Association. It is unlawful for any person who is not authorised under the association's byelaws or rules to publicly wear, carry or bear the association's uniform, badge, token or emblem (or a reasonable imitation). No person must not sell or offer for sale articles bearing the association's badge, token or emblem (or imitations) unless the article is first inspected by the commissioner and written authority is obtained. Boy scouts must not impersonate police, military, district police officers, government officers, or use association uniform to exercise authority except as authorised by the association's byelaws or rules.
