AS Title 30, Chapter 50: Miscellaneous Provisions
A person may not moor or hang a vessel on Coast Guard buoys or beacons, or wilfully damage or destroy them; a person also may not damage or destroy certain Coast Guard beacons on land. Discharging ballast into state navigable waters in a way that harms or obstructs navigation is also prohibited.
