Section 7-7-305 Destination Bills.
A carrier may arrange for a bill of lading to be issued at destination or another place named by the consignor. An issuer may also arrange a substitute bill, if requested by a person entitled to control the goods in transit and the outstanding bill or receipt is surrendered.
