Section 10A-20-15.03 Procedure for Condemnation.
Condemnation under this article must follow the procedure used for condemning lands and rights-of-way for public use in Chapter 1A of Title 18, or another eminent-domain statute for public utility corporations if the condemning party chooses that route.
