Section 33-1-31 Rulemaking Authority; Violations.
The port authority may make and publish rules for operating seaports, harbors, and related transfer-facility assets it owns or operates in the state. Violating those rules is a Class A misdemeanor and can bring a fine of up to $5,000 and up to one year in jail.
