Section 12-17-226.9 Treatment Programs; Drug Testing.
The district attorney and the offender may agree to a pretrial diversion plan involving drug or alcohol treatment; the district attorney may also require drug testing or other substance-abuse conditions, and the offender must pay the service costs unless the district attorney approves otherwise.
