Section 9-4-9 Disbursements.
The Comptroller may draw a warrant only after the State Geologist requests it and the Governor approves it; the State Geologist must file expenditure vouchers quarterly with the Comptroller, except for salary items, and include a receipts-and-expenditures statement with each quadrennial report.
