Section 31-5B-9 Application for Dissolution.
The board may dissolve the Alabama Veterans Resource Center by a three-quarters vote and filing a sworn application with the Secretary of State. After filing, the center ceases to exist, the Secretary of State must record and certify the dissolution, and the state receives title to the center’s property.
