Section 20-2B-3 Intercept Order - Grounds.

Orders authorizing, approving, or extending interception of wire or electronic communications may be granted when the intercept may provide or has provided evidence that an individual is committing, has committed, or is about to commit a felony drug offense covered by the referenced chapter and article.
